Shipping options may vary depending on the country and delivery address.
Order Processing Time
48–72 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays)
Before shipping, we need 48–72 business hours to prepare your order. We make every effort to process orders as quickly as possible. However, if you place your order on Friday after 4:00 PM or on a public holiday, processing may take up to 4 days.
Please ensure you provide the correct delivery address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for re-shipping and storage costs.
Please note that if you order from outside the European Union (EU), your package may be subject to additional customs duties, tariffs or taxes upon arrival in your country. The buyer is responsible for such costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
Shipping Rates
Italy
Shipping is included in the price for all products available on the e-commerce site, unless otherwise stated.
For islands, remote areas or locations that are difficult to reach, additional costs or different delivery timescales may apply, which will be communicated to the customer prior to order confirmation.
For customised or made-to-measure products, production and shipping timescales will be agreed upon and communicated to the customer when the order is finalised.
International Shipping
International shipping is not included in the price. Costs and timescales are evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on the destination country.

Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package is not delivered within 28 business days, we will open an investigation, which may take an additional 14 business days. In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during transit due to a courier issue, we will issue a full refund.
BON BON KIDS srls is not liable for any direct and/or indirect damages caused by delays in delivery.
General Information
- The courier does not assemble items and delivery is to the kerbside only.
- An invoice or receipt will be issued for each order and sent to the email address provided at the time of ordering.
- You may send the package to a different address as a gift by filling in the appropriate field in the order. The invoice will still be sent to the buyer's email address.
At the Time of Delivery
In the presence of the courier, please check that:
- The number of packages matches the transport document.
- The description on the packages is correct.
- The packaging is intact and undamaged.
Any damage or anomalies must be reported immediately to the courier, noting "DELIVERY ACCEPTED WITH RESERVATION — DAMAGED PACKAGING" on the transport document. Once signed, no further claims can be made.
Report any issues within 5 days of delivery to assistenza@bonbonkids.it.
Please Note
The courier does not give advance notice of delivery. You must provide an address where someone is available to receive the package, or you will need to collect it from the courier's depot if it is held there.
