Terms and Conditions of Sale
Orders
For products available on the e-commerce site, orders are accepted exclusively through the website.
For personalised products or custom projects, a dedicated order will be created. A member of our team will contact the customer by email and/or other agreed channels, providing all relevant details and payment information.
Upon completion of the order process, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email, including the relevant order number.
Prices
All prices on the website are inclusive of VAT. Prices may be subject to periodic updates and adjustments.
Warranty
All products are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty and 24 months warranty for conformity defects.
To make use of warranty assistance, please retain your proof of purchase, as it may be required upon request.
The 24-month warranty applies only to products with conformity defects, used correctly and in accordance with the attached technical documentation. In the event of a conformity defect, we will arrange repair or replacement of the product. Normal wear and tear over the years is not considered a conformity defect.
Liability
We shall not be liable for any direct and/or indirect damage arising from delays or failure to deliver, nor for any discrepancies between the goods and the published specifications, nor for other events not directly attributable to us.
In the case of personalised projects for which the customer directly provides colours, measurements or other technical specifications, the customer assumes full responsibility for the accuracy and correctness of the information provided. Our company cannot be held responsible for any errors or discrepancies arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.
In the event of non-delivery, the full amount paid will be refunded.
The contract is governed by Italian law. In the case of a consumer user, the competent court shall be that of the consumer's place of residence or domicile (if located in Italy). For all other disputes, the competent court shall be the Court of Aosta.

Changes to Terms
The Seller reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time; any new rules will take effect from the moment of their publication on the website and will apply to sales made from that date onwards.
Before placing an order, the Customer is required to carefully read these Terms and Conditions. The Customer is permitted to save and reproduce them. They must be accepted in order to proceed with the purchase.
